Please join me in building a healing community. One heartbeat, one drumbeat at a time. Shamanism is one of the oldest practices known to humans. This time-honored tradition has been found among various First Nations and Indigenous cultures across the globe. It is a spiritual practice, separate from religion. This circle is designed to welcome you wherever you are on your spiritual path at this exact moment in time. It is my hope that you leave more nourished in your heart, spirit, and soul.
