What is this workshop?:
This introductory online workshop is based on the principals of Core Shamanism, a universal and non-culturally specific approach to shamanic practice. It is aided by shamanic drumming as a safe and effective means of altering consciousness. Workshop participants will embark on shamanic journeys to explore other worlds and meet compassionate helping spirits.
